Do you feel the Isreali government was infact involved in the assassination of Hezbollah miliarty commander Mughniyeh?

Currently the Isreali government is denying any involvement in the bombing, but have admittedly been seeking Mughniyeh for the past two decades. Do you believe they actually found them. Or are they innocent of the entire scandal and are being used as scapegoats to take the hostility between the two to another level.
I personally believe that someone as underground and hidden as Mughniyeh would not be found unless someone in Hezbollah wanted him to be found. Which could mean either the information was given to the Isreali government or someone on the inside personally took care of the situation probably knowing where the blame would lay.
Do you believe it is a scandal or is Isreal actually involved?
