70 BE Paladin ~2200 2v2, ~1950 3v3, ~2000 5v5, Vindication BG, looking for some paladin to paladin tips/clarification - Asked on: 10/10/07

Ok, so I travel battlegroups. So far I've moved from the Rampage battlegroup on Alexstrasza to the Vindication battlegroup on Gilneas with a warrior friend of mine. We are both extremely competitive players and I've always been looking to try to get passed the everyday arena grinding and actually get down into some LAN tournaments, but it seems like WoW hasn't become too popular at most LANs yet.

It may not seem much from any random player, but I've been recognized as the top paladin on both servers both horde and alliance side within months of establishing an arena team. I knock off any paladin in any arena team I wish to choose and am continuously being recruited to new teams. (hardcore bragging, I know. It's just a quick inside of how I adapt to other teams.)

So I have my warlock partner now in my 2v2's and I run on a 5v5 4 dps team. My 2v2 is my main focus as I have yet to join a server or find a close group of players to start a 5v5 with potential to hit playoffs and 2v2 is just one other person to have to get synchronized with :) The constant class to class inbalances kind of urk me in WoW seeing as WoW obviously isn't based off 1v1's and 2v2's is just the next thing up so occasionally you get that team where there's just absolutely nothing you can do against them or at least it seems that way.

My partner I know for a fact isn't doing all he can do as my main was a human warlock for some time and it gets frustrating at this level of competition playing with someone that can't hold his own.

I can brag all day about how good I think I am, basically all I can say is from what I see of my own gameplay and what top players in each of my last 2 servers have said is I am as perfect as they've seen. Then here you are, team Pandemic, #1 paladin from what I here. I based my spec off your own.. slightly different, obviously I tuned mine just a bit for long-lasting fights in 2v2's.

My next server destination is Doomhammer, Nightfall battlegroup. After that I am looking towards the Bloodlust battlegroup, but I'm having trouble finding a PvE server (sigh... yes.. made this paladin on a PvE server) that has a decent standing on the Bloodlust brackets. any suggestions? :p

What I'm hoping for is to maybe hop up in ventrilo with you sometime or talk ingame and just run over some basics make sure I'm not missing anything extremely obvious or just the little things you may have learned with experience against top teams.

Hope to hear from you soon.
