Do you believe Steven Spielberg's withdrawl will draw more attention to the situation in Darfur? - Asked on: 02/15/08
Earlier this week Steven Spielberg withdrew as artistic adviser for the 2008 Summer Olympics because of China's policy in Sudan. Do you think this will draw more media attention to Darfur and the occurring conflict or will main stream media simply post the article then move on?

With the lack of mainstream media representation on this crisis and others like the one occurring in Darfur, will Spielberg's stepping up cause people to take note of these situations and speak up as well. Or will this stand be lost in media covers of celebrity politicians and Senate hearings on steroid use?
