With the World Series of Video Games' Louisville event coming up at the end of this week, there has been quite the commotion in the Quake 4 community where many players are making final preparations and adjustments prior to the event. In a recent GotFrag article, there have been quite a few notable players ootcamping in the home of Joe "nineX" Szymkowicz. What started as five players expanded to the following nine:

Looking down the attendence list of 64 (the final spot was oddly occupied at 1:22:22 PM yesterday), expect a tournament filled with excitement and emotion as some of world's best are expected to attend. It'll be especially special to the Polish 16-year old, Maciek "av3k" Krzykowski as he will be able to attend his first WSVG event due to being one year older and a rule change on age restriction.

Although I am no Quake 4 expert or analyst for that matter, I've had my fair share spectating matches as well as playing the game for a short time.
