DOTA: DijonGenie on Pandemic DotA's revival
The Pandemic DotA team created a legacy in North America along with other teams, when competitive DotA was new. They won the first cash prize online tournament, CEVO, defeating Team Complexity in the finals. For a while the team stayed on top of their game proving to be one of North America's powerhouse teams.
Not only did they excel at a national level, but they also proved they could compete against teams like MYM on an international scale. After a while the team's activity started to decline and they were out of the scene for a long time. "We pretty much try to scrim every night and we IHCS often so I can say we're back on top of our game." Now the team is back, practicing hard and hope to once again reign the competitive DotA scene.
The team is currently signed up for the recently announced "Battle for the Throne" tournament hosted by TGL. They also plan on signing up for the next Prime Defending tournament despite previous conflicts. "Sure, we don't hold any grudges. Currently looking for any other leagues to play in." Pandemic DotA will hopefully be seen in any large scale DotA LAN as well.
