Pandemic-led UC San Diego Reaches Collegiate Star League Finals
After a long season, Team Xeris (UCSD) has reached the Grand Finals of the Collegiate Star League.

For those unfamiliar with this fantastic one-of-a-kind league, CSL is a Starcraft team competition for universities throughout the United States and Canada.

CSL is unique in that it enables the best and brightest student-gamers to battle it out as representatives of their respective schools. It also gives several amateurs a chance to play on a level playing field with and against many top players enrolled across the country, and puts a 'real-world' spin on the rivalries and competition.

The Western Conference champions of this season's CSL, UCSD, are led by none other than our own professional division's manager - Duran "Xeris" Parsi.

Pandemic.Xeris and the Tritons will take on the University of Waterloo in what should prove to be an exciting match to cap off the CSL season. Xeris is one of the top performers in the entire league, sporting an 8-0 record and scoring a key victory in the team's semi-final victory against UC Irvine.

The Grand Final match will be played Sunday January 3rd after the teams return from the holidsays. Coverage information will be made available as it's received.
