Team Pandemic is currently looking for talented, dedicated and motivated individuals to join our front office. As our brand continues to grow and expand, so does our workload. If you have ever wanted to get involved with the behind-the-scenes world of esports and work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, here is your chance.

Hiring Process

Ready for your role in Esports?

Upon acceptance, applicants will be given a set of simple responsibilities that will be used as a trial to your potential. The trial period for a new member of the Team Pandemic front office is approximately three months. If after the three months you have proved yourself to be a valuable team asset, your responsibilities will be increased as will your benefits.

Most applicants will be received on a volunteer basis, and depending on your performance and dedication to the brand, we will negotiate salary and/or perks at the end of the trial period.

Applicants with significant industry experience and a proven track record may be considered for immediate compensation packages.

Available Positions -- Updated 12/5/09

NEW: Public Server Admins/Recruiters
- Help populate and maintain a network of public gaming servers and services
- Will be in charge of recruiting and managing assistant admins and community members
- Must have experience with plugins/modules specific to the game or mod of the server(s) you are responsible for
- Must be mature, patient, and able to 'play well with others.' You will be a community liason to both casual and hardcore gamers alike.
- Must be willing to play alot of games :)

UPDATED: Community Relations Manager(s)/Promotions Execution
- Expand team reach via external online gaming communities
- Manage and/or assist with regular promotions involving various gaming teams and sponsors
- Provide a weekly report on specific efforts made
- Increase daily website traffic
- Assist in the planning and execution of ongoing promotions

Graphics Artist/Designers
- Design clean, unique banners and miscellaneous graphics such as feature art, wallpapers, logos, etc.
- Approx. five hours per week of labor

Counter-Strike 1.6 Head of Coverage
- Input and archive all CS matches
- Keep the event schedule up to date on TeamPandemic.net
- Write a weekly report on CS happenings
- Post CS community news
- Conduct an interview series on popular CS players, particularly those in the North American scene.

Team Fortress 2 Head of Coverage
- Input and archive all TF2 matches
- Keep the event schedule up to date on TeamPandemic.net
- Write a weekly report on TF2 happenings
- Post TF2 community news
- Conduct an interview series on popular TF2 players, particularly those in the North American scene.

Warcraft 3: TFT Head of Coverage
- Input and archive all WC3 matches
- Keep the event schedule up to date on TeamPandemic.net
- Write a weekly report on WC3 happenings
- Post WC3 community news
- Conduct an interview series on popular WC3 players, particularly those in the North American scene.

Warcraft 3: DotA Coverage Staff
- Input and archive all DotA matches
- Keep the event schedule up to date on TeamPandemic.net
- Write a weekly report on DotA happenings
- Post DotA community news

Quake Live Head of Coverage
- Input and archive all Quake Live matches
- Keep the event schedule up to date on TeamPandemic.net
- Write a weekly report on Quake Live happenings
- Post Quake Live community news

TeamPandemic.net Forum Staff
- Moderate and maintain TeamPandemic.net forums
- Increase daily forum activity
- Assist in future planning towards redesign of forum structure

Feature Writers
- Write one feature or article every two weeks on any aspect related to Team Pandemic or the games we play
- Prepare event previews for large scale events that Team Pandemic will be attending

Qualifications

- At least 16 years of age, 18+ preferred
- Past experience with writing, or degree equivalent (if applicable)
- Resume and previous work highly recommended
- Mature with the ability to organize and complete tasks within deadline
