Pregame:
In what could easily be a rematch of the grand final, top-seeded Pandemic is set to face off with dangerous newcomers iDemise in the upper bracket final of GotFrag's inaugural TF2 Invitational.
Though the tournament bracket offers double elimination, it's no secret that the winner of tonight's matchup will head to the grand final with an overwhelming advantage. If iDemise were to knock the favorites to the lower bracket, it would no doubt send shockwaves through the spine of the Fortress community.
CEVO-P, the CGS ProAm, Nvision 2008, and a slew of other major championships both online and off have been no match for this seemingly unstoppable lineup thus far. Can Pandemic keep the streak alive, or is it time to crown a new champion? Tune in tonight for all the action.
Postgame:
Pandemic defeats iDemise narrowly by a 5-4 score. The squad now await the grand final, where they'll likely meet with iDemise once more. Tentatively, the match is scheduled for this Thursday the 29th.
