Team Pandemic - News - Pandemic out at ESL Philly

Pandemic Black will try to qualify for the ESL Global Finals against the best teams America has to offer starting tomorrow morning at 10:30 AM EST.

The team featuring Chris "Douja" Cossey on Priest along with notorious partners Mason "Nitrana" Groendal on Rogue and Greg "Malice" Risselada on Mage come as one of the top contenders to win the event on the back of their strong RMP combo. They'll be hungry for revenge on Gravitas Gaming, the RMP team that ousted them at MLG Dallas a few weeks ago in a classic mirror match battle.

With only three teams advancing to the Global Finals, every match is important as group stage play begins tonight.

Pandemic opens with a tough group featuring the perennial contenders Fnatic, a team weakened by the recent patch that moved their dominant Warlock, Warrior, Druid composition to the backstage. The best competition could come from GotGame East - the powerful trio of Venruki, Sodah, and Happyminti and their Rogue, Mage, Druid composition. In addition, Trade Chat Allstars cannot be overlooked considering they also feature the strong RMP comp as well as the capability to throw a few tricks into the fray.
