In an evening full of excitement, Pandemic.CoD4 had their hands full with three consecutive matches on their road to the top of the CEVO-P standings. At the start of the night Pandemic sat in 6th place with a less than desirable 5-2 record, however, by the end of the night the AEF champions secured the 3rd spot amongst the CEVO-P standings with 3 wins and an impressive 8-2 record.
To start things off, Pandemic first landed on mp_strike in a week 2-2 makeup match against Esomenic from their time away in Europe. With not a single win yet in the season, Esomenic had a gruling task of trying to defeat Pandemic on arguably their best map. Despite the continued absence of Jason “crzg” Pielemeier, Pandemic looked in top form on Strike rolling through the first half of the match with an 11-1 lead. With their backs against the wall, Esomenic could only try to hold of a storming Pandemic side that was able to defeat Europe's best with relative ease on this map, and ended up closing the match 2-22 in favor of Pandemic.

With Strike out of the way, Pandemic now prepared for two consecutive matches on Vacant, a map the team had not played on since they left for Europe as most European competitions choose to remove Vacant from their map pool. In their first match against x3o Pandemic started things off on offense with the same fire they left against Esomenic, quickly gaining an impressive 6-1 lead. With almost no way to stop Pandemic's A bombsite push x3o looked lost, however, behind an incredible 1v4 clutch from Stephen "MavLP" Groat, x3o mounted a comeback to close the half 7-5.
Only a round ahead coming onto the defensive side after being up 6-1, Pandemic needed to lengthen their lead as offense is usually considered the easier side of the map. Fortunately for Pandemic, Keith "keith" Hullenaar proved to be the man to get the job done, holding the bathroom and filing cabinets area in the center of the map and shutting down x3o as they tried to push toward a bombsite. Picking up a round by round lead, Pandemic managed to close the match by an impressive 16-8 margin and climb a bit higher on the standings.

Closing out the night in their final match Pandemic was pitted against Eximius in their second and final week 6 match on Vacant. Once again starting first on the offensive side, Pandemic secured a 4-1 lead before Eximius began to bring the match back round for round to tie the first half behind the impressive play of James "wabbit" Unger's AK74u. Eximius would not falter, however, battling Pandemic round for round with a well coordinated offensive push around the A hall and bathroom area, taking the lead 9-8 when Kenny "dirty-" Dodson lagged out in the middle of a 1v1 clutch against Pandemic's Keith "keith" Hullenaar. This sent the round in favor of Pandemic to tie the match 9-9 while both teams awaited Dodson's reconnect into the server.
With things once again all tied up Eximius went to work on offense picking up following round and eliminating any thought of Dodson's connection interruption affecting their momentum. Once again trading round for round, Eximius found themselves in a 11-11 standoff. Although the match seemed destined for overtime for an eximius win, the veteran Pandemic squad proved why experience is key, picking up the last two rounds with an impressive 2v3 clutch from David "skinz" Patnode and Joe “nabore” Amorosa in the final round to win the match by a narrow 13-11 margin.
