Team Pandemic - News - Pandemic Adds FIFA Division

Conway, Arkansas - July 18, 2008 - TeamPandemic, LLC. has announced its acquisition of an EA Sports' FIFA soccer gaming division. The team will consist of 5 individuals all from decorated FIFA backgrounds, including two former CGS players, a two time FIFA Interactive World Cup Finalist, and a World Cyber Games USA gold medalist. Pandemic will be the first major American esport organization to field a FIFA team in the Electronic Sports League, Europe’s largest and oldest online league with over 800,000 active players.

Each member of Pandemic FIFA has already qualified for and will be competing in the World Cyber Games regionals in hopes of earning spots in the WCG USA Finals; the national championship will be held the first weekend of October in Los Angeles at the prestigious E-for-All event.

The division will also play a major role in Pandemic's cross promotions with team partner Dell College Gaming League and Bique-Peterson's FifaLeagues.com.
